We work with suppliers around the globe. Standard delivery takes estimated 10-15 business days for items to arrive and express delivery takes estimated 03-10 businesses days to arrive. Time frame maybe adjusted accordingly to product.
As soon as your product ships, You’ll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.
The days mentioned with shipping timings are referred as working day only which includes national holidays, state emergencies and other religious occasions.
Only if a customer fails to upload or update a complete address of their own or update their address, before their product is shipped then the company won’t be responsible for loss of any goods or expertise and the customer has to bear all the charges.

Package is Marked Delivered but not Received
In the event your tracking information shows your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please reach us at 8882034723 via Whatsapp to raise a query. We do ask that you check with nearby neighbors to see if your package was accidentally delivered to the wrong address, or check with the front desk of your residential complex to see if they are holding your package.
Please note: You must reach out to us within 2 days of your tracking information saying “delivered” in order for us to initiate a claim for your package.
RTO ORDERS
Our delivery partners try to deliver your order three times before initiating a return to origin (RTO) to us. If the parcel is returned back to us for any reason, customer has to pay the minimum shipping charges again and there product will be re-shipped again after the RTO is being delivered to us and product can be shipped accordingly future dates with customer co-ordination.
